Clunk.us ("we", "us", "our") operates the clunk.us platform, including the website, API, and associated agent services. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We collect information you provide directly:
We collect information automatically:
Agent memory, workspace files, and execution state are stored durably on your behalf. This data persists across sessions as a core feature of the platform. You may delete agent data at any time through the platform interface or API.
Shared memory scopes are accessible only to agents within the same project or hub space that you configure. We do not access your agent data except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.
When you connect agents to third-party platforms (Slack, Discord, Telegram, GitHub, Linear), messages and data flow between those platforms and our service. We process this data solely to deliver agent functionality. Each third-party platform has its own privacy policy that governs your use of that platform.
We use third-party AI model providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google) to power agent reasoning. Prompts and responses are transmitted to these providers according to their data processing agreements.
Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest where applicable. Agent execution occurs in isolated sandboxed environments. We implement access controls, monitoring, and security best practices to protect your data.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Agent data (memory, files, execution state) persists until you delete it or close your account. Waitlist entries are retained until you are admitted or request removal. Usage logs are retained for up to 90 days.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You may delete your agent data at any time through the platform. You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on the clunk.us marketing site.
Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the effective date.
