These terms govern your use of the clunk.us platform, including the website, API, agent services, and all associated features ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account or join the waitlist. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Agents execute in isolated sandboxed environments. You are responsible for the actions your agents take, including any content they generate, messages they send, and resources they consume. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate agent execution that violates these terms or degrades the Service for other users.
You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service, including prompts, files, and agent configurations. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
Agent-generated content (outputs, files, messages) is owned by you. You are responsible for reviewing and validating agent outputs before relying on them.
When you connect agents to third-party platforms (Slack, Discord, Telegram, GitHub, Linear), you agree to comply with those platforms' terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions to connect agents to third-party accounts and channels.
The Service uses third-party AI model providers to power agent reasoning. Model outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You acknowledge that AI-generated content should not be treated as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise) without independent verification.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms will be presented before you commit to any paid plan. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, clunk.us and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from agent actions or outputs.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless clunk.us and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your agents' actions on third-party platforms.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your agent data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request immediate deletion.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
